My latest book is a compilation of stories of my experience in the realm of the paranormal, that beyond the normal. Becoming a Reiki Master opened up my "sight" and I began helping people by seeing the root cause of their illnesses, exciting work. I avidly searched for humans to help with this tool and in the meantime raised my awareness consciousness and began seeing auras, angels, spirit helpers, UFO's. I wirte about my experience to help people!Everyone can do what I did! I got contacted by galactic beings, devas, nature spirits...I moved to the mountains in BC, the Rockies and started seeing my important past lives,, everything started opening up and I became a huge channel for the star people who ahd been promopting me since childhood... these storeies are in AWAKE! I had written a book about the potato in 1985, self published which was an overnight best seller in Canada, and I sold 10,500 books in a little over a year! Exactly 10 years later after my amazing sojourn in Israel, I discovered that I had cancer of the ovaries and breasts. The potato was instrumental in the healing diet, because it reacts in an alkaline way to heal any disease in the body where that body is overly acidic ... this story is also in AWAKE!

I self published my travelogue on my life in Israel titled Garbage and Flowers, My Year's Sojourn in the Holy Land, but that title choice was wrong as when it was distriubted by a large western co, the whole title was not placed into their catalogues, so book stores thought it was a book on recycling! When in fact it was a book about religion, reiki and regional travel, I.E. the whole Middle East....this book has now sold its print run of 2000 copies, and I shall reprint it soon and retitle it, think it should sell at least, 10,000 copies, judging by the experiences I had there and the top officals that I met through work at the UN there.

I've always done mostly everything myself, a lttle help from my husband over the years in sales, he was a good talker.

Now I am writing 3 more books, and dont know which way to go although my spirit says go with online downloads as much as possible, and sell on line, was good to read on this website that paypal is working for other self publishers, will ad that to my new website which is being created at this moment.

I did manage to get my books into Chapters/Indigo book stores across Canada and we've sold many books through that outlet, but also likely 30-50% returns over the years from them.

Self publishing since 1985 when the first edition of the potato book came out, Im still convinced that I can do it!!!But I have not to this point been able to make a living writing and publishing. Would'nt that be nice!I have my books edited usually by 2 different individuals, include photos of where I've traveled and also love to sell books at events, fairs, sidewalk sales, festivals....media, radio, magazines, newspaper, i have also ahd my own TV show, I need worldwide distribution and in the US!!!Canada is so small compared to the US!Thanks for allowing me to speak on this forum ,and good wishes to all self publishers/writers!
